Howl would be Yemeni or Saudi-American.  Probably grew up in California, hence the blond hair.

Rhyllona would be English with a hint of Bronx in her accent, V'arimbeh would be Canadian and Tajih would be English.(sue me, Englishmen/women have the sexiest fucking accents ever. *melts*)
