They do allow you to create one character per server (Unless you pay extra or are Legacy) :3. You can always come try it out and I can poke you on here to send you updates about plots and such since I won't be able to catch you on your main. 

Fox, that doesn't sound like a bad idea. I am already getting things together to hunt down all these deserters. I will be on most of today so hopefully I will be able to catch you ^^.

I am new to this server (and roleplaying on FFXIV), and while catching up on lore, I too became very fascinated with the Garlean lore! There is definitely a connection to Garleans in one of my character's history, and I would love to create an Garlean alt to flesh this out even more.  And any other Garlean history I can help fill out for people, I am game! Just don't expect my characters to be high level, my sole character is barely going to hit level 20 soon.  I am still fairly new to this game.  Blush
