I adore this Filipino recipe because it tastes unique but is simple and hearty and makes enough to feed a small army. It's shredded cabbage, carrots and scallions with pork tenderloin, boneless skinless chicken and shrimp, all tossed together with soy sauce, ginger, salt, pepper, garlic powder and rice noodles.

...that looks /way/ healthier than the equivalent you'd get in America. Like, it looks edible and not overly oily.
