Active Garlean FCs? - Ciel - 04-10-2015

I'm on the hunt for, preferably, a Garlean-themed FC for an alt.  I have him on the Ad Victoriam LS Faye started a while back, but I've kind of had the character in limbo for a while.  I'd like to ICly build on his Garlean contacts so there's more for him to work with.

Actually. We've mainly been Rp'ing amongst ourselves because of how many people have meta-gamed us. There are quite a few who RP.. we just mainly avoid cities Smile

Good to know, in that case. I'll see about putting Silencieux back with you guys soon, then, if you'd still like to have him.
