I like it a lot. It's in a similar vein to the music we've heard in Coerthas already whilst still being different. The new music is something I'm really looking forward to since I've found the majority of tracks so far to be pretty amazing.
Putting aside that awful, awful song for Shiva in her second phase.

This was the song that played in the dungeon'y shadow place in the Benchmark, so may be a dungeon theme rather than Ishgard.
Either way, thanks for bringing THAT earbug back. :p
Yeah listening to it a bit more, this definitely is more Duty sounding than a major city.
Addendum: also I like the second half of the Shiva music when actually fighting her. By itself? Eh, but when you're running around stabbing her? I dunno the pace and crazyness of it seems to fit.

You were totally right, they just played the actual Heavensward theme.
