Staff has deliberated on forum and board organization, so we'll be seeing some changes shortly and in good order.
First and foremost is the separation of the old "Headlines" board into Forum Announcements and FFXIV News. This should help keep threads better organized and allow for improved visibility of staff news while allowing a space for people to gush about XIV's latest.
Please note that while only administrators and moderators can post threads in the Forum Announcement boards, all registered members can reply to the threads here if the administrator or moderator in question leaves the thread unlocked.
Also, unlike on other boards, topics here on Forum Announcements will always be sorted by thread creation date, meaning that the most recent will appear at the top of the board.
