Question regarding 1.0 item codes - Sarina Alyne - 09-21-2015
Just a quick question!
I have a couple old item codes from my copies of FFXIV version 1.0 that were never used. (Garlond Goggles and the Onion Helm)
Has anybody tried to redeem these in the current version of FFXIV? I know the items are practically nonexistent at present (I've only ever seen one Onion Helm), but it would be nice to have them if it is possible. I would try it, but I don't have the codes with me at the moment.

They can still be redeemed, but you have to make sure it's a code of matching region. I had an onion helm US code, and couldn't use it because my XIV account is an EU one. I was however able to redeem it on a second US account I made.

I used my onion helm code just a few days ago, so they definitely should work.
