Wait, so does this mean that if you have a character on a Chaos data center world, and you don't transfer it by 1am Oct 5th, you're stuck? o_O

Until they give free transfers to those on Chaos, yes. Those should come after the move of the servers to EU.

Re-phrase, perhaps I read your thing wrong.

Free transfers are given to any pre-existing character on the Chaos Data Center worlds after the move.

They're not going it to people to move to Chaos but off of Chaos.

I had thought the transfers had to happen before the move, not after.  I apparently misunderstood Smile
