We can usually patch earlier, but the game likely won't be up until super early tomorrow morning. If it follows the previous precedents, anyway.

Downloading the patch itself right now at a sweet .5 mb/s. Ooh yeeaaaah.

*bang head, whine* damn it.  I've been out sick all day, and having game would have helped in the feeling better process.

I was also home all day. I had to play other games and do grown-up stuff to pass the time.

It was terrible.

I spent most of the day going 'wwwggaagghh' up at the ceiling and wanting the game to be back on.  I also debated briefly reactivating my WoW sub, but I think that was the fever talking.  I didn't do it.

I have to turn over an old apartment and arrange a new and THEN go to work from 3 to midnight. I won't actually see a login screen until around 12:30 Wednesday morning.

I was going to start the patch before leaving for work but I'm getting a version error. Apparently my version of FF14 does not match the current version.

Fucking duh...

It's suggestion is reinstall.
