[Mateus] (Not?) New to RP and the RPC! Hello! - Yggdrasil - 07-08-2017
Hi all! New to the RPC and looking to meet other RPers. I've roleplayed in many games including WoW, LoTRO, and SWTOR. I've played FFXIV for awhile now yet have never truly committed to the RP scene despite being on both Balmung and now Mateus, but it seems like great time with the budding RP scene here. So here is a bit about my character!
Main Character: Raith'a Lunaris
Race: Miqo'te (Keeper of the Moon)
Residence: Gridania
Age: Late twenties, early thirties
Personality: Kind but reserved, protective, idealist
About Raith'a: Born beneath the vast canopy of the Black Shroud, Raith'a lived a life on the move under the guidance of his clan. The only child of Meon Lunaris, and a male no-less, Raith'a's life had largely been chosen for him. From a young age, he was taught the Miqo'te art of hunting and foraging. Adept and keen eyed, to some he showed great promise or perhaps it was just uncanny luck. Yet his skill was no matter of training. Within him he felt the alterations of aether and the subtle movements of the elements.
Yet this idyllic lifestyle would not last. As banditry and poaching increased within the Black Shroud, resources became harder to obtain safely. Fearing for her only child's safety and understanding that he had a special gift, Meon travelled to Gridania with young Raith'a. To the Conjurers guild she took him, knowing full well that her child was meant to be more than just a hunter.
