Hey all, im a new ff xiv player. It seems in the foreseeable future i will not be able to access Balmung, and i don't really want to get into the long queue wait time deal.Â
What are others accessible servers where i might find some nice rp and rp companies ?

There's a buffet of options. I have gathered some of them in a list here. But you can also check out the free company and linkshell halls, in the menu bar at the top. You can filter and get results for some specific servers as well as "Others" for any server that hasn't got a specific filter.

Mateus is growing at a very healthy and steady pace, I highly recommend the server. People are also generally very welcoming and inclusive. Alternatively, Siren just became a Preferred World in case you're interested in a smaller community, with a leveling boost and other nifty bonuses to leveling over there. There's a little bit of roleplay everywhere, so finding a FC like Maril suggested is definitely a good idea to help you with your decision.
