Giving away Balmung house/FC - somekh - 09-13-2017
Wasn't sure where to put this, but I've figured that my life's taking me in a direction away from FFXIV, and that's not necessarily a bad thing! I've moved on to another community and to being a somewhat successful freelance artist, and that's just consuming all of my time and desire to play.
So as a result, I need to find my house a new home.Â
 I’m going to be passing off Goblet W4 P8 (medium, right beside a market board and aetheryte, but with a large plot blocking the view). It’s tied to a rank 8 FC, has a capped airship, and the FC has somewhere in the vicinity of a 700k company credits, so don’t worry about the move LOLÂ
Preferably this’ll go to an FC that has no house currently, and in even higher considerations one without the funds to buy a Kugane house. My only requirement is I can plunk my two characters down in the FC for if I ever decide to pop back into Eorzea.

I hope plenty of FCs who are homeless see this and I will be sure to point them here as well (since not everyone uses the RPC). Good luck to all! I would throw my hat in the bag but my FC has a house lined up for when another moves to Kugane (And I'm watching a plot as well JUST INCASE)

Just making sure this stays in the 'recent' list for a bit longer.
It's a good location, and a decent plot for accessibility. Â Any FC with aspirations of running regular events would be well worth looking into this.
Yeah, there's a bit of a headache of shuffling people between FC's but this is a pretty good bit of work being cut out from even just buying a house evacuated in the kugane rush. Â (airships are a pain, both building and leveling them)
