GOLD & GLORY PRESENTS: The Golden Gala returns!
Two years ago, a small, newly-formed free company by the name of Gold & Glory Hunter’s Guild made it’s first real foray into the community event scene with the first ever Golden Gala. Though they had but a handful of members, they had big dreams of bringing the community together for a night of fun and games, and they were taken aback by just how well-received they were. But most of all, they were happy to see everyone enjoy themselves.
Another year has almost come and gone, and the little free company that was floored by the overwhelming response the community gave to its first ever event is no longer quite so little – and its ambitions certainly no less grand! That said..
Gold & Glory would like to formally announce the third Golden Gala!
The fine details are still in the works, so we can’t tell you too much just yet and spoil the surprises, we can tell you this much: there will be food porn, there will be music and dancing and fancy outfits, and of course.. The crowd favorite White Oliphant gift-stealing game will be returning.
Like always we will be giving away MILLIONS of gil in prizes for FREE!
This is just the preliminary event announcement, so more event details and the White Oliphant sign-ups will be coming soon! Keep your eyes glued on for-gold-and-glory.tumblr.com for more details in the coming weeks!

The appointed hour for the Golden Gala is drawing closer and closer, and as such, White Oliphant sign-ups are now open to all until December 25th! To sign up, please either:

And remember that signing up is completely free! That’s right – you could take home hundred of thousands or even millions of gil in free prizes! (Or you could end up with a worthless-but-hilarious gag gift. But hey, it was free!)
For those who sign up, be sure to check back at @for-gold-and-glory on December 26th (Tuesday) for a list of Gift Box descriptions. This list will describe the way each box is wrapped and if there’s anything special about it, so it may contain clues to the boxes’ contents! So you’ll definitely want to check that our before Event Time and decide which you’re most interested in!
