Will every trait I earn be carried over from class to class?
Can a bonus point i earn on one class be used to strengthen another?

Traits only effect the class they are gained on, unlike weapon skills, abilities, and spells, you can't transfer them between classes.

The bonus points are for that particular class. Each class (and job) has it's own set to allocate.
