All Saints Wake has started.

Find the Shifty Thespians in the cities on information on how to participate  They are   located in the same spots as the Moonfaire Fire celebrants were.

It's on an in game timer. It only opens up at nighttime (Eorzean clock).

Eorzean night. As far as I can tell, every minute Eorzean time is 3 seconds long, which would make an hour 3 minutes, and a day 72 minutes.
So, the quests are open for 36 minutes, and then closed for 36 minutes.

so far I'm liking all the events in FFXIV, I finished All Saints Wake already and it was cute/different from most events I have participated in the past.
