Servers may not be coming up until tomorrow, but as of right now you can get the update data for 2.2 by logging in on the launcher! Go get it so you can be ready for tomorrow and all the great new features!
The update is roughly 1267MB for PS3 users, which means it is most likely a bit more for PC users.
