K'mih is pronounced like Japanese Kumi (like Koda Kumi).
I don't know much about English, but I think English speakers write that sound as "coo"? That's how Japanese people said that K was pronounced for miqo'te tribes, so yes.
Mih is just a normal English "me".
(I don't really know much about English pronunciation. Both in Spanish and Japanese, things simply sound as you write them, so merely writing Kumi is crystal clear to me).
