Curiously enough I would get those same errors on my gaming PC, yet when I entered the info on my wives older laptop, it went right through. Something with the browser I think. And now that it's been a while, even my gaming PC gets things through.
When I had the issue I checked with my bank to confirm all charges were being accepted. They were. I contacted the payment service company (I forget the name) that SE uses, I contacted SE, none of it helped.
Yeah. I just called them today. I was getting error 606 mostly but now I'm getting 406, which, according to what they told me, means that I'm locked out for 24 hours. I don't know if the other 606s account for time extension, but they can't even check to see how LONG I would have to wait if I've been locked out for an extended period, so I don't know if I have to wait until TOMORROW or until like, Friday. Even though they told me why it is they take the dollar, it kind of pisses me off that they can continue to take a dollar but NOT accept my subscription payment. >.>
They're telling me about all these other payment options that just take a whole lot of extra work...I don't wanna have to do something that I never needed to do in the first place because of this annoyance with the subscription payment. >.>
