She stood casually in the distance. Eyes cast low with the look of preoccupation, she seemed like any other citizen as the events unfolded. Appearances, however, can deceive to those unaccustomed to looking. As the light started to fade in the sky and another light erupted blue to take its place, so too did her eyes shine brightly. She had for some time been watching and listening to the the grey haired stranger.
“Kudros Crendraven… I see,†her sharp ears did not deceive and her breath misted in the utterance. “A noble house brought to it’s knees. For that, my platitudes.â€Â
She faded into the edges of the chaos, eyes glinting at the sight of the figure in intimidating white steel and horns. A long pause ensued and the urge to run over conflicted with her instinctual desire to remain in the shadows. Â
