"/poke motion", "/laugh motion", "/think motion", things like that, all remove the text that goes along with the motions the character makes. It's very convenient so you don't end up, say, writing how your character is waving in welcome, but then your used emote (/wave) has an automatic text that assumes all waving is good-bye. A friend to the end to depend on you can.

"motion" was a subcommand that was also in XI and it's really great to see it and the other commands return. *is very happy*
