Kieaira's ears sunk down as she realized she was being talked about, and she shifted away from the pole, retreating into a seat at the back of the table, a bit further from all the commotion. "I'm fine..." She said softly in a tone that even a mouse would have trouble hearing. She closed her eyes and clasped her hands together in front of her, much like one would when they were praying. Go away, Go away, Go away. She chanted over and over in her head, before finally talking herself into taking a deep breath to calm her nerves ... though it didn't work very well.
She opened her eyes and looked towards the table. Drink ... Drink ... Throughout the commotion no one had seemed to notice the server girl whom had delivered drinks and a bit of food to the table. Kieaira reached out with a trembling hand to grasp around the small cup of cream ... a comfort food so to speak. She held the cup near her mouth, and sipped from it quietly, quietly thinking how she should have asked for it to be warmed, but none the less the rich taste and thick texture caused a small smile to form upon her lips.
She lowered the cup, but kept it in her hands as she looked to that group, gazing over each one before her eyes once more landed upon the other Keeper, watching him suspiciously.
