I'm just gonna respond to the OP at this point since there are removed posts that sorta make the discussion look like Swiss Cheese.
Tarot is surprisingly wary of sexual relations. While he will flirt and has even done a bit of work in the area of titillation (he's gotten into places under the guise of a male dancer), he actually knows how damaging sexual relations can be--they imply things. They cause problems, more problems then they're worth in his mind. He's blackmailed enough people with proof of their own escapades (he's used several adulteries against their participants) to know that they give leverage to the right people.
It's why he's made his list of requirements before he'll consider even courting the notion of a real relationship with a person, let alone intercourse. It's a list of things that are impossibly specific to the point where one (another player) would literally have to build a character specifically to appeal to Tarot. The odds of their being this person in the world are so slim that Tarot can feel safe knowing that it will never happen.
As for say, discussing the topic of sexuality, he can be very frank. Again, he's used peoples own acts against them as leverage. He feels that essentially it should be an act between two people (he's not big on group sessions, so to speak) that enjoy each others company but should have some semblance of a dichotomy brought together, feeling the differences are what make the climax far more enjoyable. One aggressive, one shy; one dark haired, one fair haired. Things like that. Two opposing halves that build on each other to fit a whole--now that I think about it, Tarot's very zen about sex!
