Appearance

Keeper of the Moon female Miqo'te with grey skin and ginger hair. Heterocromatic eyes, one violet one crimson. Very short for someone born of her pedigree.

History

Grew up in the East Shroud on the border of Little Solace and Larkscall (off map, past the bridge and to the East.) The Sylphs called her “Mischievous One” due to the fact that she liked playing tricks with the Touched Ones and enjoyed the taste of Milkroot maybe too much.

As the first born to the High Matriarch in her tribe Phecda was always going to take her mother's place as tribe leader when the time came. But in the aftermath of a slaughter that left most of her tribe dead or scattered, Phecda found herself leaving The Shroud on an Adventure.

It was in Limsa that she met a brazen Sun Seeker pirate, V'ashta Tia, who is scarred and blind in one eye from a fight with his nuhn as a teen. Against her better judgment (as she was brought up to look down on cross breeds) she starts a tribe with him, giving them both what they've always wanted, as long as they kept the Keeper traditions. She has two sons, and one daughter, Rhiyo. One day she hopes to find the last of her former tribe or find small Keeper families to start a new one all her own.

From living in The Twelveswood for so long she is a natural with a bow and arrow, however does not find the joy she once had in them. Between the tempered Sylphs fantastical loyalties to Ramuh and hearing about Y'mhitra's research whenever she was in Gridania she had always been interested in Arcane magics. The Arcanist Guild is what took her to Limsa in the first place. While studying there she also spends her time as a fisher to supply the Bismark with fish.

Personality

Raised to be an alpha female Phecda is strong and heavy willed. However, she is calm and possesses a level head in most situations when it comes to her family. This is most likely due to the over barring arm her mother raised her with.

She does have a playful side she picked up from the Sylphs growing up and will play a joke or two given the chance. She's sneaky and will end up getting herself into all sorts of trouble that her smooth tongue can't always talk herself out of.
