Xiaoli Vorgan is a Seeker of the Sun Miqo'te specializing in archery and training in the use of healing magics and applied medicine under Dr. Soleil Bajira. Beautiful, petite and kind-hearted, there was once a time where it would be hard to get Xiaoli to engage in a fight but lately it has been a constant. She comes off as very quiet and shy around most people, which is true but those who get to know her and become close often find that she indeed has insight and wisdom beyond her years. During the Battle of Cartenau, the off-branch Lynx tribe she was born into went into great peril. Rumors of the entire off-branchs demise were floating on the ears of the people. Decisions were made in haste and things quickly turned chaotic.

Character

Xiaoli has a very quiet and shy personality most of the time but she puts forth effort to try to get over her shyness and make connections with other people. Lately she seems to have opened up a bit more as she travels with Ujio. Her young age, shyness and the fact she "looks harmless" is why she was chosen to become apart of the elusive Division 1. Elezen and Roe men used to make her nervous but she has tried and overcame her phobias thanks to some new friends she has met along the way. The diversity of her team with in Division 1 is necessary for the benefit of the team to have advantages as they will encounter people of all walks throughout their travels. Many see her as quiet and humble though she is very well educated for having not much education while in tribe life. She took it upon herself to study once she left her tribe so that she could learn to survive in a world very different from her upbringing. This was with the help of Ujio supplying her with books frequently and helping her to study when he was not training himself.

Given Name: Xi'aoli Ai '[Sheow-lee I]': Her first name was originally Xi'aoli, when she was in tribe life but after leaving, she dropped the ' and kept the Xi as tribute to her father. Her last name comes from her marriage to her beloved savior and first love, Ujio Vorgan. A dragoon by heart, Ujio vowed to protect Xiaoli after finding her nearly caught after running away from her tribe where the new nunh had decided to rule with threats. Unofficially, Ujio had given Xiaoli his last name, despite the odds that would come with their relationship and their limited ability to have offspring. With not much to their name, they traveled Eorzea together, hoping to make a life. Ujio and Xiaoli were eternally bonded on 1/23.

Aliases/Nicknames: Xia, Xiao, Princess, Angel: Most call her Xiaoli, with a few whom are close calling her Xia. Princess is the nickname given to her by Orpheus Arkouda since the first time he had seen her enter into a room in white flowing majestic healing robes. He made the comment on how she looked like a princess and from then on it stuck. Angel was a nickname given in a similar fashion since Xia is more often than not, seen in all white clothing.

Appearance

Height: 4 fulms, 10 ilms - for a Miqo'te she is fairly short and despite her young age, she has already gotten as tall as she will ever be. Miqo'te . She stands out uniquely from either sect of her tribe in that both her eyes are actually the same color and often change from diamond white to sky blue depending on a variety of things.

Weight: 111 ponz - Even in her small stature, she is petite yet curvacious with a round bottom and a ample handful of breasts even more so after she gave birth to her first child.

Body: Xiaoli prides herself on grooming herself well. Her hair and nails are always clean and kept. She often gives off the faint scent of Lavender which she bathes and washes her hair in. Even though she is petite, she is by no means skin and bones. Her age has given her the advantage of a youthful figure still forming. Hour glass hips, perky chest, she is flexible and quick when in peak condition. While more power resides in her legs from often walking to and from places as well as training her archery, mostly in the Shroud. (During her pregnancy with Oren-Taty, she often wore robes which more often than not concealed the pregnancy up until about the 5th month at which point her small round tummy began to become noticable even through the thickest robing.)

Complexion: Light caramel, nearly flawless skin shimmers like honey in the sun. Xiaoli is well known for her naturally golden complexion achieved from birth without the aid of laying across the hot sands. Xiaoli's father had a very fair complexion while her mother was a deep bronze which combined together gave Xia her honey glow.There is a crescent moon shaped scar on both the top and bottom of her right hand where she saved the life of her unborn child by using her own hand as a shield when nothing else was available. It was a weak attempt but managed to make the blade miss the child and vital organs just barely.

Face: Petite as the rest of her and heart shaped, Xia's most noticible feature would be her diamond blue eyes, which sometimes give off a steel gray appearance in bright light. Unlike a good majority of miqo'te, Xiaoli does not have heterochromia, since the color of both her eyes lightened from the same cause that lightened her hair. She looks to mostly everyone with a kind heart and a warm smile on her heart shaped lips. She often wears a light plum lipshade. Xiaoli has permanent white markings across her face appeared after Dr. Soleil Bajira placed a protection seal bound to Xia's heart keeps her safe. This mark changed all of Xia's features nearly over night.

Hair: Originally, Xiaoli was born with long black and purple-pink hair. After the protection seal was placed on her, literally overnight this changed. Long pearlescent ivory cascades of hair reach to Xia's lower back but she often cuts it to the middle of her back. Subtle pink highlights can be seen through out her hair. Even her tail puffed out! It is very soft and with almost a silverish sheen to it. Xiaoli is sometimes seen with her hair down, it is usually freely flowing with loose curls and waves.

Fashion: Xiaoli is not very clothing oriented, meaning she does not go out looking for the latest in fashion. She tries to wear what the situation calls for. That being said, she also has no qualms with wearing certain items of clothing even if it may be too revealing. She believes in wearing what is comfortable and what matches the situation. Since she is in the process of saving up as much as she can, she often patches up her old clothes and keeps them as long as she can despite Ujio often bringing luxurious items from afar for her to wear.

Behavior

Voice: Soft and proper, her words are enunciated clearly but she often does not speak very loudly.

Demeanor: Xiaoli was a nervous type and still is to some degree and it is hard for her to trust in people. Xia would often sit back quietly at functions but while she was quiet, the whole time she is busy trying to muster up courage to say something. Currently, if you find Xia off in a corner being quiet, it is because she is listening and observing her surroundings. Her nervousness is usually shown by her fiddling with her hands, which she also tries to stop but she has since been able to mostly control her "tells".

Quirks: Xia has been known to freak out during lightning/thunderstorms. The reasons have not been told. Also, Xia has a habit of snacking off of other peoples plates if she is allowed to.

Intelligence: Xiaoli is extremely smart for her age but still young when it comes to controlling her impulses. Xiaoli was only trained in healing magics in her tribe as she was chosen to be one of the 5 to next give birth to repopulate the tribe. Since she abhorred the idea, her studies were low in healing while she excelled in archery which she learned by sneaking off and getting trained by a friend in the Shroud. After escaping the tribe ruined by Xi'on, Xia met Ujio whom supplied her with books to learn from and so she began to brush up on healing on her own accord with the mindset of being able to heal Ujio if he was ever hurt. She was studying healing and practical medicine under Dr. Soleil Bajira until Soleil went missing.

Combat

Xiaoli has spent much of her childhood learning the bow and it seems to be the weapon she favors. She is also very interested in hand to hand combat as well as melee. In both these areas she is seeking training. Xiaoli found out not very long after leaving her home that she had the ability to focus her magic to use for more than just healing purposes. Even more abilities of hers soon came to light and a few interested parties began to see her coming into power as a threat. Xiaoli's magical abilities were contained for a short time until the birth of her daughter unlocked that which stunted her ability to use magic. Xiaoli can now use magic without inflicting a backlash effect on herself.

Xiaoli is both adept at archery and healing. She prefers archery but acknowledges that she is more powerful when it comes to healing.

Ujio Vorgan returns after being presumed dead.

§● Ujio Vorgan - A male midlander Hyur and Xiaoli's knight in shining armor, literally. A Dragoon at heart, he saved her life and the two have been together almost every since until Ujio fell into black magic. Ujio himself is also young, but after being trained harshly by his older brother Reiji, he has become a skilled fighter. Ujio is Xiaoli's first and only true love. The two plan to officially get married and build a home together. Ujio is very protective of Xiaoli, especially after the condition he found her in. This lead him to want to become stronger to better protect the love that he had never known existed before finding Xiaoli. His aim to protect soon became a thirst for power and the seduction of black magic pulled him in so deep that even Xiaoli could not reach him. Vanishing without a trace and unreachable at all while searching for more power, it became a guessing game of when, where and how Ujio was doing. At one point, the Twin Adders reported him dead and Xiaoli fell into despair. Little did she know that Ujio had stumbled upon magics unthinkable and just the sheer knowledge of it was power in itself.Eventually, he found his way back to her on his own willpower after nearly being consumed by the powers he had once sought to protect his love. It can be said that even through his black magic consumption, Ujio could feel Xiaoli's heart slowly pulling away and drifting towards another when all assumed him dead. It may be one of the reasons he found the strength to bring himself away from the darkness to reclaim his love. Recently, Ujio was taken and possessed by a black mage working for the off-branch Lynx tribe Xiaoli hailed from. He seems completely under the control to the point Xiaoli was nearly set up but managed to escape. Despite their love for one another, they are at complete odds with Ujio unable to control himself and Xiaoli unable to harm her husband. This dangerous situation has called for Ujio not to be allowed on any premises once controlled by him and his wife Xiaoli.

Oren-Tatyana Vorgan

● Oren Vorgan(Oren-Tatyana Vorgan) - A female seeker of the Sun miqo'te and Xiaoli and Ujio's first born daughter. Besides Ujio, Xiaoli loves Oren with the power of the sun, moon and all the stars there ever was or will be. She is the child she thought she would never have and with her birth gave rise to a new determination in Xiaoli. She wants her daughter to have everything she needs and wants in life and will go to great strides along with Ujio to provide the best life they can for Oren. When it is Xiaoli's turn to take care of Oren with Ujio away, or when both of them get to stay home with their daughter, Xiaoli's favorite past time is just sitting with Oren in her arms, singing to her the same songs her mother W'odra would sing to her when she was a child. Just watching Oren smiling up at her while she holds her can easily turn some of her bad days into good ones.

Dr. Soleil Bajira

§ ● Dr. Soleil Bajira - A female midlander Hyur specializing in healing magic and medicine. Xiaoli met Soleil when the Adders sent her to Limsa for further treatment of the magical poison still lingering in her system after Xi'on had attacked her near Black Brush Station. Soleil and Xia have become close and Soleil is now Xia's primary doctor. Dr. Bajira is also training Xiaoli in practical medicine and helping her hone her healing magics the same way she was taught when she was growing up. Xia considers Soleil like a older sister. Soleil often babysits baby Oren when both Xiaoli and Ujio are off on a assignment. Soleil, like Ujio, was hexed into becoming an enemy of Xiaoli. Now, under the control of black mages working with Xi'no, Soleil frequently tries to plot against Xia and anyone related to her in any capacity.

Sohail Bajira

♥● Sohail Bajira - A male midlander Hyur specializing protection and acquisitions. Though he is a skilled fighter, he is even more skilled at acquiring hard to get supplies. Sohail is Soleil's fraternal twin brother and heir to the fabled Bajira fortune. Sohail spends his time working with Xiaoli, safe guarding her and her family as well as his own. Having developed a silent crush on his employer, he has opted to stay mostly to himself and more often than not, he is in the shadows keeping a eye on things and rarely makes his presence known unless danger is afoot. Due to the circumstances keeping the Vorgan family seperated, Xiaoli has asked Sohail to keep watch over her daughter while she is hidden for her own safety as her parents track down the group out to destroy the child.

Koragos Surefoot

♥ ● Koragaso Surefoot - A male highlander hyur that Xiaoli met while training in the art of the sword. The two became fast friends after running into each other several times in random places oddly. It seemed these two would be drawn together and end up forming a quick friendship. Oddly enough, Xiaoli felt comfortable around this man the first time she met him, unlike when she usually feels unsure of people, she felt a sense of honesty and honest interest in what she had to say as opposed to others whom would prefer to pretend to be interested in her words when interests lie elsewhere.

♥● Ginshaw Njara - A male midlander hyur and ex-member of XI:7, Xiaoli met Ginshaw around the time when she first joined XI:7. Xiaoli found Ginshaw's behavior around her amusing, though she did not know it was specifically because of her at the time. Xiaoli enjoys making apple tarts for Ginshaw just as much as he loves devourering them. Recently, the two have drifted apart but every so often when Xiaoli is making tarts, she smiles and remembers. Xiaoli often wonders about Ginshaw and she wishes she had left XI:7 when Gin and his sister had left. Xiaoli made the mistake of believe that Captain Shipkeeper would square things out but it never happened. Xiaoli often stops in Uldah to watch the fights now, hoping to get a glimpse of the White Eyed Fox and finally have another friend which she knows she can trust whom won't flip the page on her suddenly.

§ ● Orpheus Arkouda - A male Seeker of the Sun and ex-member of XI:7, Xiaoli had met and traveled with on multiple occasions. He introduced her to XI:7. She at first regarded him as a older brother but when Ujio was rumored dead, they became closer. For a person looking at them, they would seem as close as a typical couple of miqo'te siblings but things are much more complicated than they appear to be. After finding out that Ujio was not dead and about the engagement of Orpheus to his girlfriend, Xiaoli had distanced herself from Orpheus but for awhile the two seemed to be getting along quite well. Their bonds have been slightly altered due to the interference of Xiaoli and Ujio's future son traveling back in time and altering things even Adult Oren hadn't gone far back enough to alter. As of currently, the two have drifted apart mainly due to two reasons, one being Dracarys traveling back in time and two someone having sent a warning to Xiaoli to stay away from Orph before he added her to his supposed "whoremonger" collection. Xiaoli was apprehensive to speak to Orph once he had returned from his trip with his fiance' but upon her attempt to discuss her concerns she immediately sensed he was not the same man she had loved and cared for before. This conclusion was reached upon seeing how quickly he seemed to get over being engaged like the common cold. To Xiaoli, she no longer feels the warm and safe feeling she used to feel around him and goes to lengths to keep her daughter and herself out of his sight, despite him giving his word to watch out for the child as if she were his own blood. Rumors of his supposed whoremonger seemed to flourish even more after gossips of him supposedly replacing his fiance with one of several new conquests he found lingering near what many are calling a brothel, albeit it being documented as a tavern, called The Laughing Lady in the Goblet of Uldah.

Xi'on Nunh

● Xi'on Nunh - A male Seeker of the Sun, deceased. Xi'on was Nunh at the time before Xiaoli left her tribe. His brutality was known throughout the tribe and he was the main reason Xiaoli ran away. Her defiance along with the other 4 females he had chosen had led him to become even more insane. He quickly dispatched 2 of the 5 females for denying him his right. Xiaoli made her escape before it was her turn. Xi'on spent so much time tracking down the escaped woman than the tribe began to dwindle even faster, prompting Xi'on's twin to take charge. Xi'on had lost his position as nunh by the time he found Xiaoli again. Orpheus Arkouda killed Xi'on after the ex-nunh stabbed Xiaoli in her pregnant belly with the emerald Envy dagger and left her for dead near the river by 7th Heaven. Xi'on was Xiaoli's boogeyman.

Xi'no Nunh

● Xi'no Nunh - A male Seeker of the Sun and nunh of the off branch Lynx tribe after defeating his brother for the position. Xi'no is Xi'on's twin brother, younger by only a minute but the two may as well had been enemies. Xi'no is much more ambitious than his brother and even more cunning. Xi'no pretends not to know why Xi'on was obsessed with Xiaoli, mock-chalking it up to Xi'on wanting to make a example of the five who tried to escape him but he knows the truth behind it all and wants Xiaoli for the same purposes. He keeps his wants very secret and plants eyes and ears where he can unlike his brother, who was loud and obvious. When Xi'on began stalking around 7th Heaven, Xi'no saw this as a opportunity to finally get rid of his brother and even went so far as to tipping Orpheus off on occasion. Little does Xiaoli know that the real threat has yet to be seen. Recently the past plot of what Xi'no, and his brothers did to Xi'viandrus came to light. The tribe members quickly shunned old nunh in favor of a younger, stronger male. Xi'no has made it his life's quest to make Xiaoli pay for making him lose his position as Nunh while trying to boot up yet another off-branch tribe of his own.

Jetta Duneans

● Jetta Duneans - Xiaoli has known Jetta for quite some time. Jetta is one of the founding members of their Nexus group. Even though she travels alot, she still finds time to drop in and check on things. Jetta is known for always knowing where to get the best drinks and how to have the best party and is often next to Xia whenever Xia has way too much to drink. Jetta was also the Maid of Honor at Xiaoli and Ujio's wedding.

Jack Walker

♥ Jack Walker - A male midlander hyur that Xiaoli met during her bachelorette party. It was a surprise that her friend Jetta had arranged and although Jack wasn't a stripper, he performed a variety of dancing for entertainment at the Quick Sand for the ladies. Jack and Xia became fast friends afterwards and he even attended her wedding. Jack has a tendency to often strip his shirt off, Xia isn't sure if he was always like that but she still finds it amusing either way. Jack seems to have developed a protective relationship of Xia, often getting her out of trouble while he is around, somewhat like a guardian or protector. He appears to aloof or goofy at times, often falling asleep in middle of meetings where unfamiliar people are present. Xia suspects he only does so to fool those around him. She suspects he is actually very keen to situations, and believes his tactic to be noteworthy of a true assassin. As of recently, Jack and Xia have started dating. The thought of it still scares Xia but she knows it's time to move on. She finds Jack to be very kind and thoughtful towards her, traits she has known and fell in love with before. Attempting to be cautious, she ventures into this new relationship in hopes it will turn out well.

Fujimoto Kaito

● Fujimoto Kaito - Fujimoto is a male Keeper of the Moon mi'qote whom Xiaoli met while out and about in Gridania. She came across an auction being held by Mr. Kaito for the purpose of raising funds. Xiaoli was initially there to support her friend Kurt Steel whom had put himself up for auction but in a spur of the moment action, Xiaoli caused a bidding war between herself and another bidder for the purchase of the Proprietor of the auction. Xiaoli won the bid with a cool million dollar purchase. Mr Kaito accompanied Xiaoli to her home where he prepared her a delicious dinner and the two chatted over the meal until urgent business came up. This occurred a mere few days before Xiaoli found out that Ujio had been taken over by a black mage under orders from the Nunh of her tribe. The two have frequently run into each other on several instances, enjoying friendly banter.

Hei'an Attor

● Hei'an Attor - Hei'an Attor is a male Au'ra, and the first male Au'ra Xiaoli has met personally. He came bearing the bad news of Akuma's death, delivering a rare gem to Xiaoli, as a gift from her late friend. The gem was later used in construction of a music box for Xiaoli's daughter Oren, considered a neice by Akuma. Xiaoli isn't quite sure what to make of Hei'an, he seems very secretive. It always pays to be cautious a bit more when hanging around assassins from another group.

Kallen Falh

● Kallen Falh(Kallen Falh) - A female seeker of the Sun miqo'te that helped rescue Xiaoli after her escape in Coerthas Western Highlands. Kallen was out training with Fujimoto Kaito and the two of them stumbled upon a nearly frozen Xiaoli. Xiaoli doesn't know what to think of Kallen at the present but she is thankful to her and Fuji for rescuing her. Xiaoli sees Kallen as an ambitious person who is working hard in her training to get strong, which is a quality that Xia admires.

Zelda Cocoa

● Zelda Cocoa(Zelda Cocoa) - A female seeker of the Sun miqo'te that Xiaoli befriended while on a job in Central Thanalan. Zelda was sitting down while attending the Grindstone event in Central Thanalan. Upon Xiaoli's return from Black Brush station, she happened to take a seat next to Zelda and the two hit it off. Xiaoli's sees Zelda as a kindhearted soul, and kind of reminds her of herself.
