Hearth and Home is a good-aligned manor-themed FC that seeks to create a sense of family amongst its members. The manor is headed by Miune Steadhal, who employs people from all walks of life. The lord of the manor commands Knights, mercenaries, and even adventurers that gather to his banner.And should the job require a stealthier touch, the shadows come alive with assassins and the like. Miune also hires maids, butlers, and other domestic servants to maintain the manor and the wellbeing of its staff. We have weekly events, actual payment for jobs completed, and real player progression through guild runs and RP. Mateus has started to boom with extremely friendly role players recently. The Iron Lynx is an Mid-core RP FC that is open to all sorts of RP, our main hook however is 'The Lynx Bar & Inn'. The FC roster comprises of both patrons and staff from the Lynx Bar & Inn, but we're happy to have characters of all sorts of backgrounds. We'd like more 'travelling' characters so that they always have a place to come back too if they happen to be a patron and this opens up more opportunities for characters in the FC already to go out there and explore! We've recently added a board with 'jobs' on it as such allowing the idea of adventurers coming in to grab a job from the jobs board. These jobs range anywhere from 'Save my kitten' to 'Try and Map the Gelmorra Ruins'.

As you enter Iron Phoenix Academy, your eyes widen as you gaze upon the grandiose academy before you. The lobby is comprised of elegant flooring that is accentuated by beautiful crystallized glass that makes up the walls. Directly in front of you, an over-sized fountain towers above you, giving off an aura that puts you at ease in combination with the sound of the waterfall that it emits. You slowly approach the directory located next to the fountain. You notice several academy students strolling toward the cafe wearing dalamud red uniform tops with black slacks or skirts and the faint smell of...hot dogs...? Then you begin to smell the aroma of several mouth-watering meals being served by the cafe staff. Although it's tough to resist wandering off toward the little cafe, you came here for a reason. Your eyes continue to take in the glorious school and you can see why it is considered to be the top-notch academy in Eorzea that is working directly with the city-states' grand companies--it is unlike any educational institue you've ever seen before. Finally you arrive at the waiting room for the Headmistress, Klara Vyne. You take in a deep breath, confident in your knowledge and abilities, but understanding that after this entrance interview, you're going to be born again from the ashes as you are being recruited into the specialized branch of the military, leading all institutes in combat, leadership, and cutting-edge research. You are about to become a member of BLAZE.

Raven Heart is an EU-based heavy roleplaying Free Company based on Balmung (NA) server. The core themes of the FC are mercenary and combat roleplay, and we offer a variety of contracts, weekly meetings, and events for our members to take part in. Furthermore, we have devised our own combat system that allows you to create abilities and personalise your character's stats to your liking. Casual RP can usually be found in our Mists FC Hall and is greatly encouraged.

Built from the ashes of the now defunct Astral Agency, the company hopes to steadily evolve into a successful and sustainable business, as well as a place for anyone willing to work to make a life for themselves. The Advent is a steady source of work for adventurer, crafter and gather alike. The Free Company’s premises is located at the Goblet of Thanalan, Plot 43 of the 12th Ward. ||| The Advent seeks to provide an all inclusive lifestyle for any person with adventuring, crafting or gathering skill. It provides work in the form of leves and other contracted jobs that individuals or groups can complete in order to bring in gil. The range of work that the company takes on is extensive, but limited to the laws of the realm’s city states and the Eorzean Alliance on the whole. ||| An adventurer, crafter or gatherer is first admitted into the Advent by a member with the authority to do so. They are required to submit themselves to a brief interview in order to open their company file. The file will be used to determine what their proficiencies are, so that suitable work may be directed to them. It’s also used to keep track of their progress and contributions to the company. Once the admission is complete, they are issued a linkshell and given a general repeat of the rundown on the house, its amenities and its operations. The new member is encouraged to take on a job from the levemete for starters. Once the job is done, the company takes a small portion of the pay and distributes the rest among the participating individuals. The gil collected goes toward the upkeep of the house and grounds, as well as providing other amenities for its members.
