Where the Ox was meant to be first in th e twelve year cycle\, the Rat had taken the spot by jumping off the Ox and arriving first.\n\n\n\n  \n\n\n\n This year\, those born with the Ox Zod iac are born with the Metal element. Unlike the Secret Gift Exchange that happen s for Starlight Celebration\, this exchange is meant to be smaller gifts o f appreciation for those that you have spent time at the Rest with and hav e developed bonds that you cherish with your fellow residents. We ll\, missing one letter wasn't that big of an offence -- an easily forgiva ble mistake more than anything.\n\n\n\n  \n\n\n\n The Rest itself had som e minimal decorations of reds and pinks\, but what stood out the most was the scent of chocolate and other sweets that hung thick in the air -- it w as like walking into a patisserie at the peak of their production hours. We're all super happy and excited to have new members with us\, as growing our community means a lot to us\, and we hope that we come to mean a lot to you in turn! To mark the occasion\, we're having a celebrati on all day on August 18th for our members\, new and old! If you have frien ds that are interested\, but are part of another FC or not part of one\, w e'll also be happy to have them! For those of you who might not have acces s to Shirogane just yet\, we do have a role in our FC that is temporary th at we'll be happy to put you in if you are okay with that\, just so you ca n easily travel to Shirogane and participate in events with us!\n\n\n\n   \n\n\n\n We'll have celebratory gifts and shenanigans that we will hand ou t for everyone to join in on the fun! We also implore you not to feel bad if you cannot do an all day event -- if  you can do it for just an hour o r less and are interested\, that is totally fine!
