DESCRIPTION:\n	Eureka for Noobs\n\n\n\n	Starting around 7pm EST\, Nal wi
	ll start forming a group for people to join in on Eureka runs.   Eureka 
	has a limited duration so if you miss the start you can be picked up later
	 on a new run!\n\n\n\n	Requirements:  Level 70\, and have completed the q
	uest And We Shall Call It Eureka (Rhalgyr's Reach via Galiena). You must
	 have cleared the MSQ Stormblood to have access to this side-quest.\n\n\n
	\n	 \n\n\n\n	My gear is shit\, can I come?  YES!  Eureka syncs everyon
	e's armor to ilevel 300 so it doesn't matter if you're still in your crapp
	iest gear!  Though you may not want to wear RP gear\n\n\n\n	 \n\n\n\n	F

	.\n\n\n\n	 \n\n\n\n	Important Notes!\n\n\n\n\n		Dying Matters!  Do not r
	elease when you die.\n\n		\n\n				After level 6 you will lose a chunk of e
	xp when you release\n			\n			\n				After level 11 you can even de-level.\n
				\n			\n				Always get raised if you KO.\n			\n		\n\n	\n		You cannot att
	une to additional Aetherytes until level 9\n	\n	\n		Notorious Monsters (NM
	s) provide an exceptional level of EXP and should always be prioritized if
	 they are within 10 levels of you.\n	\n	\n		Faeries offer buffs to players
	 who stand near them. Always keep an eye out.\n	\n	\n		You can change your
	 element while in combat as long as you have charges.\n		\n\n				Charges r
	eturn over time or by visiting an elemental wheel.\n			\n			\n				DPS shou
	ld put all their points into one element.  Tanks / Healers may split them
	 for defense/attack.\n			\n		\n\n\n
