DESCRIPTION:\n	\n\n\n\n	 \n\n\n\n	With the Starlight Celebration right 
	around the corner at this point\, the Wayfarer's Rest is opening up its do
	ors to have its second Secret Gift Exchange! We are opening sign ups fo
	r our Winter Exchange event on November 19th\, and they will remain open
	 till November 30th! When signing up for this event\, you are required to
	 send @FreeJayFly a list of three items that you can get in-game.\n\n\n\
	n	 \n\n\n\n	These items can vary in needed crafting material or Market Bo
	ard price\, but they must be obtainable and tradeable in some fashion
	. When writing up your list\, we ask that you do what you can to not make
	 all of your items unreasonably priced (i.e. putting all items on the list
	 that cost over a million gil each). You can put one item up that is one 
	of those \"god\, I would really love to have that\, but it's super expensi
	ve for me to get\" on there\, and hope for the best\, but remember that it
	em is not guaranteed by the person that will end up being your gifter. W
	e recommend putting two affordable items on your wishlist\, and one expens
	ive one just in case the gifter cannot fulfil certain items due to their o
	wn reserves of money or crafting items!\n\n\n\n	 \n\n\n\n	On December 1s
	t\, all participants will be given a random person and their created wish
	list to fulfil by January 2nd. You do not have to get everything on the 
	list that is given to you\, but you do have to get at least one of the r
	equested items. By signing up\, you agree that you will have your characte
	r participate in this event in some fashion -- the very minimum of partici
	pation being that all you do is give your recipient their gift(s) via Moog
	le Delivery\, or trading them directly. Failure to meet the criteria by th
	e end date will unfortunately mean denial into future events similar to th
	is one.\n\n\n\n	 \n\n\n\n	If items on your recipient's list need to be c
	rafted\, please know that you can go to @FreeJayFly and ask for assistanc
	e in getting it crafted\; all masterwork books have been obtained and all 
	things should be craftable on their end. This ensures that your gift remai
	ns secret between you and the event organiser. If your gift needs some far
	ming\, please let Jay know to organise something before the RP event begin
	s.\n\n\n\n	 \n\n\n\n	On January 3rd\, we will be having an in-character s
	ession starting at 2PM CST at the Rest where characters can exchange thei
	r gifts with one another\, and comment or converse on it if you simply wan
	t to partake in it for fun\, further character growth and development\, a
