For your FC searching needs, try out the
Linkshell Hall board, which contains a list of Linkshells AND Free Companies to help start you out. Also, an LS named The Tavern can also help with connections since it is an OOC linkshell...It's got a lot of friendly people, trust me on this one! X3

Might be biased of me but I personally find that the Quicksand in Ul'dath and the area around it seems fairly active with RPing people there....And, of course, you could always send a tell to request for an rp too!
