The Eorzeapedia community has recently launced a new feature called "op-ed." This feature allows registered users to submit written articles to be placed on the front page of the fan site. Basically, users submit high quality articles about something and then they all get sifted through by the administration in order to select one to put on the main page. Why is this significant? It gives us the chance to get not only the RPC, but RP in general on the front page of one of the 3 premier fan sites. Not only would this potentially get SE's attention, but it would also start in depth discussions about RP out in the public (which is one of the RPC's goals).
I personally think we should select a week in which to submit several RP related articles created by RPC members in order to increase the likelihood of one getting on Eorzeapedia's front page on that week. Any of you, so long as you're registered with Eorzeapedia, can write articles to submit.
A topic that may be of interest is our definition of RP. It would be nice to convey it to non-RPers and maybe boost general interest in RP as a result. So you can easily write an article revolving around that if you want.
This is something I'd be especially interested in if I wasn't so busy right now. So I figured I'd post it here and see if others were interested in writing an article to submit. Just keep in mind that the article has to be high quality or Eorzeapedia won't select it. Several people can take this endeavor on at once if they'd like to increase our chances.
