I decided to come up with this event as an opportunity for Royalist characters to come together in response to the ending of 2.55 and build a sort of metaconsensus. The OOC details are as follows; Acting Flame Lieutenant Kale Aideron is facilitating a meeting of Royalist military, primarily Sultansworn and Immortal Flames (but any ally is welcome), to come together at Nanasha Barracks at Ward 7 Plot 52 to discuss recent events, but really to provide an opportunity for our characters to react to what has occurred without spoiling it for new characters in the Quicksand (for example).
I aim for this to take place on Saturday 11th April at 7pm Eastern. The reason it is not this weekend is so that it can be dedicated to players who work during the week to complete the story then, and join us in a fortnight.Â

SpoilerFellow countryfolk, the scimitars in our scabbards teeter before the encroaching darkness of civil war. Our sovereign, Her Majesty Nanamo Ul Namo, has been taken gravely ill, and is therefore unfit to rule. With the imprisonment of Flame General Raubahn Aldynn and the death of Prince Teledji Adeledji at the victory celebration, Chairman Lolorito of the East Aldenard Trading Company is now de facto head of government. Similarly, Vice Flame Marshal Pipin Tarupin is now de facto leader of the Royalists, to reluctantly supersede our incapacitated Sultana. The Royalists no longer have a seat on the Syndicate, and must put our faith in Marshal Tarupin as the new commanding officer of the Immortal Flames to lead us out of this rut.
I have ordered Acting Flame Lieutenant Kale Aideron to open Nanasha Barracks in the Goblet for a meeting of friends to the Royalists, to include Sultansworn, Immortal Flames, and loyal sellswords (especially adventurers). Allies from our sister city-states are also welcome. Affiliates to the Scions of the Seventh Dawn are mildly discouraged from attending given the wanted status of that order, but such individuals will not be turned away, merely urged to use their utmost discretion. Together, we will regroup, and set out our respective courses of action.
Our hopes are particularly placed upon the free agents among the Sultansworn, Immortal Flames, and adventuring companies. At the Cartenau Flats beneath the red moon, outside the walls of the Garlean castra during Operation Archon, and at the Steps of Faith against the mighty Dravanians...it was you who made the difference between victory and defeat. Come, now, and let us join our light to defy the dusk.
