For Alderique, it's a tough call! So many options for all of our characters. I'm going to go with "Fleeing the Hot Desert" from Gurren Lagann. It feels like a combination of optimism, growth, and warmth that's kind of his vibe overall. There are plenty of other situational themes that would apply.

Ironically, this is easy mode for me.  Finding songs with lyrics for certain characters?  The only one I don't have a song for is Liliane.  But that's because I don't have much of her in my head yet, she's a definite work in progress.
