Saw this while browsing the official forums. Would you all like to talk about the idea? And if you like it we need to up vote her. We know the devs watch the up votes. So lets get our 2 cents heard.

It just links to the main English forum hub... For me.
Did for me too. Probably because we don't have accounts? I don't so that's my assumption.
Even when I am logged in and click the link, it still links me back to the main forum page.

Same.
To anyone saying it only goes to the English section, that's because it's a partial link.

Yes that's it.
As a huge V:TM fan I say this with the most love:

No vampires please.
I'm not 100% comfortable with the concept. Like why not just give us all those extras so people who want to RP a dancer don't have to contend with 'but you didn't do the quest' stuff. But I dropped a like on the original post, because I think it should be seen and discussed.
Honestly, I didn't think Eorzea was "missing" vampires. At all.

It's a neat enough idea, but the fact that it's almost exclusively for the roleplaying set--the most minor of playerbase sub-sets in terms of dev time and resources--this will never see traction.
I'm actually pretty happy to be playing in a setting that doesn't have vampires and (for what I know) werewolves. It's refreshing.
I'd love more support for roleplayers, but basing a class system off it seems a bit excessive - It's not like there isn't anyone here making back-stories and character designs that aren't based off of the given classes/jobs. I'd prefer more support in the shape of addon support and additional emotes like you have it in age of Conan.
I'd much rather see us get a 'classless' state, or some sort of soul crystal that permits us to mix and match all equipable gear but locks us out of combat. That way we could RP without the limitations of class-specific gear. Bonus points for SE if we can use the animations of all the abilities our character has learned.

More emotes are welcome, particularly emotes valuable to RPers but frustratingly missing from the game, such as /play dead or /lay down, a /limp walking animation, etc.

More prop items akin to the claws you can buy at the gold saucer, such as bloody bandages and equipable steins with a drinking animation would be great, too.

In short, I'd much rather see animations and props implemented that can be used by all sorts of characters as opposed to specific kind of characters (no vampires please dear god the last thing I want is to have to dodge sex-obsessed vampire edge-lords in the quicksand. I don't want to go back to Goldshire, thanks)
If people really wanted to, they could RP as vampires without having a thing to show fangs.  Because honestly teeth are an incredibly minor detail in this game and likely no one would notice if you had them or not.  There are just some things in terms of dev resources which wouldn't make much sense to bother with.

In terms of lore, supposedly Highlander men have been known to file their teeth, but even they don't get any special appearance options for it. This would be a waste, imho, to bring in something special for vampires and not give a nod to existing lore.

As far as being a thief or a dance, you have Rogue now. There's your thief.  You have dance emotes already, at no cost. Find some fancy and/or skimpy clothes, wear those and prance around.  This doesn't need to be a sub-class.  I would place odds that we will eventually see a Dancer class or job somewhere down the road so, for now, just have fun with what already exists.

Werewolves? Honestly?  I don't want to see a bunch of Miqo'te turned werewolves.  There are options in the game for claws, just spend some time at GS and get the claws of the beast, and put on a behemoth helm or something.

Or if you really must, get the claws, get the bunny ears and call yourself a were-bunny.
