Put aside the apathy and go RP with some people, you may find that carries you along?
Don't force yourself to be enthusiastic about the game. If you don't feel inclined to get online then don't - simply take a break or invest in something else for a while. You could try discussing plot ideas and make a thread asking if anybody is on board for getting involved with your character. Try to reconnect with old friends and ensure there's a steady stream of new contacts trickling in as well to prevent stagnation.

No, I'm just kidding, but honestly the axiom of "distance makes the heart grow fonder" is absolutely applicable here. Step away from the game for a while. Play something else. Or indulge in a new hobby for a while if you like. Once Heavensward arrives, I'm sure that you'll start feeling a fair bit better. <3

Don't pressure yourself and do things at a pace you are confortable with. I find pushing an entertainment source too hard tends to make me resent it more than like it.
That said I'm down with joining you and Franz for things sometimes
If you don't want to log on right now that's okay. The big test is when Heavensward comes out and you still don't want to log on, if that's the case then you need to reevaluate if you want to play the game at all.
