Criminal was last seen with victim in Blackbrush as witnesses claim the body was lifeless and left on the upper cliffs after criminal fled the scene with the victim's supposed business partner. Please report any sightings of this individual to the Immortal Flames immediately! He is believed to be armed and dangerous!
