Years ago, Theodoric, the King of Ruin, scattered the mighty Fists of Rhalgr to the wind in a flurry of anger, fear, and spite.
Shattered, yet not quelled, the Monkhood has lived on in the form of hiding practitioners, old tomes, and the mysterious sect of Shadow.
In the light of a new era, new blood, both fresh and familiar, have turned to the way of Rhalgr for peace, and for power.
With them comes new outlooks, new ways, found from days of wandering without a home, and from lives lived differently.
In the hands of its new keepers, perhaps the old way will not merely survive, but evolve as well.
The Rising Fists is an OOC / IC Linkshell created for the sake of networking Monks and fist-fighters, as well as those that have a relation, current or historical, with the Fists of Rhalgr. As of now, the Linkshell is rather young, but the hope for the future is that active storylines will start appearing for users to partake in if they wish.
