Do you have a any timezone and days where you would want the staff to be present?

[Not necessarily! We do plan on hosting tavern nights in the future with organized drinking competitions that will require some staff but right now, we're mostly just seeking people who are interested in this type of RP. (: ]

Just wanted to post and add that people interested don't necessarily have to join the Gold & Glory FC to be a server at the tavern. (Though they're certainly more than welcomed to!) If you already have another FC, we can just pass you one of our IC/OOC link pearls.

Like Myna said, we'll be doing Tavern Nights in the near future that will require some additional staff to help. Not to mention that we'll be doing even more public rp events like the Golden Gala where we will need servers. (Heck, we're already planning our Valentines event!)

Even failing that, anyone who is interested is more than welcome to swing by our house for RP at any time, but we don't expect you to hang out there 24/7. We generally have a couple people at least flitting about, so RP isn't hard to come by -- especially when there is alcohol involved. Just give a call out over the LS when you want to RP to let people know you'll be behind the bar.

Considering we're in the same ward, it sounds like something my alt L'nessa would be interested in. She has a history of working as a bartender at different venues through time, and I wouldn't mind doing some more of that ^^ I am somewhat time-limited from being european in the weekdays, but weekends I tend to stay up all night.

Akiko would be VERY interested in a position here, I can tell.

And to expand on Jali's post (since she beat me to it): we aren't exclusively looking for waitresses who will just ship food back and forth to tables. Some of the options that we're open to include

Waitresses/Waiters - well, okay. Just because we're not ONLY looking for them doesn't mean that we aren't looking for them at all. If you're interested in quick paced, peppy, energetic RP or your character is just desperate for a job, the Chest could be a great stepping stone! Naturally, we'll even take disgruntled starving artists so long as they can fake a smile.

Hosts/Hostesses - if you're less interested in serving but love creating a lively, fun atmosphere in a cozy tavern setting, this could be a spot on position. Hosts and hostesses have the responsibility of making everyone at the Chest feel like they're at home. Making conversation, suggesting games, and just generally being yourself are included in the job description!

Promotions - this position is a little less day-to-day but it's like Jali said: our events are always in the work! We're always looking for people who are interested in planning and promoting on an in-character basis.

Security - the Chest relies a lot on the more... ahem, rowdy branch of the Gold & Glory Hunter's Guild for their security currently but sometimes, our hunters are out hunting! If you're interested in seeing to it that our staff and our assets are safe and sound, we welcome you!

And we're always flexible with anyone who wants to do something specific with their character! Just keep in mind that our motto is "equal parts sass and class." Emphasis on the class, though. The most bawdy thing about the Bountiful Chest is the name!
