Violent windstorms have been reported to increase in Southern La Noscea. Civilians are urged to cease all sailing and nearby activities until the wind dies down. Reports of an odd Elezen with brown hair and a strange gem to be found on the beaches down towards the Lighthouse.
CIVILIANS ARE URGED TO NOT APPROACH THIS WOMAN AT ALL! AVOID UNTIL THE HORNETS CLEAR THIS EVENT!

Any and all adventurers who are able to even lift an axe are welcomed to take this woman down. A Ninja from Doma calling herself the 'Green Eyes of Envy' will be at the Moraby Drydocks and waiting to gather force.

Combat Rule:
Grindstone rules with modifications.
Players have 5 hits instead of three
Main enemy NPC has a large pool but weak points will deal 2 points instead of one.
If you hit 0, you are not dead. You are fainted. Any character with healing can heal you even from 0 to bring you back into the fight up to 3 HP.
