Hello, all.

My friend and I are playing two Lominsan-based Keepers. She is new to FFXIV and FFXIV RP, while I am not. We are both very experienced roleplayers and writers coming from a background of text-based games and I was hoping to show her what this amazing community has to offer in terms of character arcs and socialization!

---
We both lack wikis at the moment, but I will give a brief outline.

Iba'ra Khazu is a direct and jovial Keeper. Since his family birthed many brothers, he was free to pursue his true passion; hunting and fishing. He left home earlier than most and found his way to Limsa Lominsa. There, he found work on the seas with a tight-knit group of sailors, developing a thick accent. He is proficient with a spear, which he uses both to hunt and fish.

Ashke Vusoh is a bit of a disgrace for Miqo'te traditionalists. Shucking her responsibility to breed, she left home fairly young and has spent her life roaming from port to port, taking on what work she can on ships (often as the night-eyes, for her keen vision and ease at climbing). Quick to smile and opinionated, she thinks her wit is sharper than it might actually be, and is curious and eager to learn and experience new things.

We are hoping there are still some quality free companies and roleplayers left to include us in their arcs! Please feel free to message me here or in-game with any suggestions, offers or questions.

A note; they are both chaotic neutral/good, meaning they are opportunistic. This is said because I don't believe an evil or lawfully good character/organization would be the best match for us, unless you're pursuing conflict (which is totally cool!).

Though I'm posting for both of us to save space, we do not come as a pair and you are free to ask after one or the other. Thank you!
It's nice to see more Lominsan Keepers!

Tyll'a mostly stays near the Gridania area, but I'm sure he would love to see more Keepers from his hometown.  Most of the Miqo'te he saw in Limsa were Seekers.
You're welcome to see if the Midnight Pearl is something that would fit your characters. ♥
The Glass Sylph has a lot of Keeper oriented RP and storylines as well as some alliances being built with other clans. We do a lot of character motivated story arcs where we take the stories and ideas of those who join and find ways to expand and make beautiful arcs with them!

Many of the alliances of those involved fall in more of chaotic neutrals, goods, and a few true neutrals as well. 'Opportunistic' just as you described your own miqo'te Smile

Feel free to send a message if you'd like to join, learn more, or come see things for yourself!
Hey there, and welcome aboard to the RPC! Thumbsup

I can potentially toss Kasi at you for one thing- she might be an interesting encounter for them as a Miqo'te nationalist. She is a wandering mercenary, trader, and cook, and can be anything from a friend, to a bad influence, to an enemy fairly easily depending on what exactly y'all would like. You can read more about her in my profile below, and let me know if something more catches your eye!

Next, there's ShroudLife, which is a Miqo'te-based linkshell for roaming world RP focused on the wilderness and on those who often interact with those in the wilderness. Although it's called ShroudLife, it's not really focused around the Shroud exclusively anymore. You can read the details of this below, too!

Finally, there's also the Shroudwolf Clan, which is one of the premiere Miqo'te clans in the community. Their recruitment is closed at present but they should be opening it up pretty soon. The clan is rather event-focused for RP, rather than spontaneous-24-7, and is designed around people with a somewhat limited schedule (sort of like a Dungeons & Dragons campaign that progresses 1-3 times a week for a few hours).

At least, that's all I've got unless you want to pursue a career in organized crime.

Regardless, best of luck on your search for RP and a home!
Welcome and always good to see more Limsa focus.

I have a cat that hops around there a lot, and there are a few linkshells you should consider, though like most LS they are quiet a lot.

There is often nice RP to be found in Limsa.

Knights & Pirates (quiet but has some active members) an OOC Linkshell for for anyone who holds IC ties to the Maelstrom, or generally frequents Limsa Lominsa or the rest of Vylbrand in their roleplay.

Rogues of Limsa (quiet with one or two rouging it up) This linkshell is an in-character linkshell for characters who are members of the Dutiful Sisters of the Edelweiss; also known as the Rogues' Guild.

Maelstrom Command (quite rank/command based) Maelstrom Command is a RP LinkShell community dedicated to bringing Maelstrom roleplayers together for fun, Grand Company themed roleplay.

Tyll'a's also a member of Shroudwolf Clan, and I have a lot of fun RPing with them!  :-)

Oh, one other idea dawned, focusing on this little bit.

Hydaelyn Protectors is a vigilante Linkshell organization that, while lawful good, is actively pursuing conflict and may be worth taking a look at and getting in touch with Deahfel. I've run some events "against" them so far and they're a pretty bang up group, plus there's no commitment to any FC to do this either. I went ahead and linked them in my signature as well!
