FINAL FANTASY XIV Patch 3.56

As with other patches released after 3.0, patch 3.56 contains content that can only be accessed by registering FINAL FANTASY XIV: Heavensward to your service account. To distinguish between adjustments that are and are not affected by the registration of FINAL

Equipment resembling the Garo gear obtained from the Feast can now be purchased in exchange for MGP at the Gold Saucer.

* Please note that Garo gear purchased from the Gold Saucer cannot be used to earn the achievement from the disreputable priest. Furthermore, this gear cannot be retrieved from the Calamity Salvager.

The following adjustments have been made to Alexander: The Creator (Savage):

• Two treasure coffers will now always appear. Furthermore, the weekly restriction on rewards obtained from coffers has been removed.
  • The weekly entrance restriction on entering all areas of Alexander: The Creator (Savage) has been removed.
    • Players may now proceed directly to any area of Alexander: The Creator (Savage).
      • Players may now enter Alexander: The Creator (Savage) via the Duty Finder.
        • Players will now receive the power of the Echo.
          The Echo will take effect upon entering Alexander: The Creator (Savage), increasing players' maximum HP, damage dealt, and healing potency by 10%.* Unlike other instances, the strength of the Echo will not increase in the event all party members are incapacitated.
          
        
        Players will no longer appear in the area following the completion of Alexander - The Soul of the Creator (Savage).The weekly limitation on Allagan tomestones of scripture has been increased from 450 to 900.

Players will also receive special accessories based on their tier: bronze, silver, gold, platinum, or diamond.* The number of rewards distributed may differ between data centers in the event players or parties have the same ranking.
        
        * Rankings will be available for viewing the day following the start of Season Four and will be updated daily. Should an error occur with calculating results, the day's rankings will not be updated. The following quick chat option has been added to the Feast and the out of MP! New items have been added.
        * Items added in patch 3.56 will be listed at a later date.New achievements and titles have been added.
        
        * Certain achievements have been omitted to prevent spoilers. The following adjustments have been made to gamepad/controller controls when accessing the Party Finder:
        • Players can now cycle between categories using the LB (L1) and RB (R1) buttons.
          • When the list of parties in the Party Finder window is selected, pressing cancel will return the cursor to the most recently selected filter.
            New music has been added.The 14-day limit of the free trial has been removed.When playing the free trial, character data can now be transferred to the full version of the game at any time.* This change only applies to accounts created after the release of patch 3.56.The days remaining for free trials displayed at the character selection screen has been removed.
            • The following issues have been addressed.
              • An issue wherein certain texts appeared incorrectly in the side story quest, “A Familial Resemblance”.
                
              • An issue wherein the reward was indicated as gil for the side story quest “Some Assembly Required”.
                
              • An issue in Frontline wherein damage received while riding a mount may not inflict “heavy”.
                 
                
              • An issue in the Feast wherein the help text for “Wolf’s Heart Kit” was incorrect.
                 
                
              • An issue wherein the item “Pair of Filibuster’s Gauntlets of Striking” was indicated as requiring leathercraft for repair, desynthesis, and glamour.
                
              • An issue wherein crests cannot be put on the item, “Zurvanite Shield”.
                 
                
              • An issue wherein the item “Painting of Jijiroon’s Trading Post” was not included within the landscape list.
                
              • An issue during party search wherein selecting “Reset Criteria” may not change back to default settings.
                
              • An issue wherein certain content and duty status window information appeared incorrectly when queueing for an alliance raid.
                
              • An issue wherein queueing in the duty finder may cause the client to crash under certain conditions.
                
            • The following issues have been confirmed.
              • An issue wherein NPC graphics and effects may not appear correctly in certain cutscenes.
