Menphina Madness is a single-elimination blitzball tournament held each spring, with the competition including teams from all across Hydaelyn.
Eight teams have made the playoffs this season:

Come see all of our teams and support your favorites as the opening ceremony, being held in the Coral Banquet one day before the games!

The theme this year is “PROGRESS”

The Opening Ceremony begins with a parade of nations, where blitzball players march proudly alongside their coaches, sponsors, and representatives from their homeland. This is always an exciting spectacle as it brings out marching mammets, parade magitek reapers, armored war chocobos, and adorable mascots.

Following the parade, each team will be honored with a performance from their home nation. The performances range from traditional or popular song and dance to elaborate military marching ceremony. It’s a real chance for a nation to show off it’s unique customs. (note - unfortunately, this year Limsa Lominsa will not be performing a 24 cannon salute suite.)

Blitzball Practice Schedule Week 1
Here is the practice Schedule for Menphina Madness!

Remember, players, you must attend at least 2 practices before your game to qualify! Each practice has a hard run time of 60-mins. After the 60 min mark, we will end the practice!

Practices are OOC. You do not have to come with your team. This is just to over the system with the event organizers and clear up any questions you have about the mechanics!

We may change some of the mechanics during practice if someone makes a great suggestion or we run into something we did not plan for! If that happens we’ll let you know what the new rule change is.

Tuesday, Feb 13th - 11:30-12:30am EST
Wednesday, Feb 14th - 7:00-8:00pm EST
Wednesday, Feb 14th - 8:00-9:00pm EST
Thursday, Feb 15th: 12:00am-1am EST
Friday, Feb 16th : 3pm-4pm EST
Friday, Feb 16th: 5:00pm-6:00pm EST
Friday, Feb 16th: 11:30pm-12:30pm EST
Saturday: Feb 17th: 3pm-4pm EST
Saturday: Feb 17th 11:00pm-12am EST
Sunday: Feb 18th 3pm-4pm EST
Sunday: Feb 18th 5pm-6pm EST

Please show up on time. If less than 3 people show up for a practice it will be cancelled.

You do not have to come to your required two practices this week. I will post next weeks schedule on Sunday!
