Hydaelyn Role-Players

Standing outside a rather dank looking Tavern, stood a male Duskwight Elezen, arguing with a female Dunesfolk Lalafell."Why do you get to do it ?"

Groaning as she stomps her foot, the Lalafell looks up to the Elezen, annoyance riddling her face. "Are we honestly having this conversation right now?"

Nodding slowly, the Elezen casually shrugs, his eyes narrowed slightly, his body taking on a stiff position. "Yes, yes we are, why can't I advertise ? I own half the building."

Giving the Elezen the up down, the Lalafell rolls her eyes, waving her robed arms up and down. "You look less like a Tavern owner and more like a hoodlum. I'll advertise."

Stomping his foot, the Elezen scoffs in indignity, moving his right arm to the woman to point out her obvious flaw. "You're three feet! They'll just laugh at you!"

Stopping her arm flailing, the Lalafell cocks her head back. Narrowing her eyes she tilts her head to the left, raising her right eyebrow at the man. "And what's that suppose to mean ?"

Shrugging the Elezen puts on a nonchalant look, holding back a smirk. "Noone can take you seriously."

Jumping up and down, the Lalafell's voice grows to a higher pitch as she begins to work herself up. "And they can take serious a six foot freakish looking Elezen, Brilliant! Honestly, it's pure wisdom."

Letting out a soft chuckle, the Elezen nods quickly. His face showing a calm satisfaction. "I have good looks and charm on my side, Laylei. Unlike yourself."

Continuing to jump up and down, Laylei begins to wave her arms around, growing more irritated. "Kima, the only thing you have on your side is bad breath."

Swatting the flier's out of the jumping woman's hands. Kima lets out a satisfied laugh, shaking them just above Laylei's head. "Nope! I'm going!"

Eye's growing wide, the Lalafell's voice begins to pick up to an even higher pitch. Her arms waving about as she tries to reach the stack of fliers. "HEY! NO FAIR! GIVE ME THE FREAKING FLIER BACK!"

Letting out his held back laughter, Kima looks over the fliers, his face turning into a look of shock as he reads them. "Wait, What is this ? OWNER LAYLEI LIMORA ?"

Stopping her struggle, Laylei's face takes on a coy, innocent expression. Placing her hands behind her back, she kicks a nearby rock as she begins to look around the area as if it was the most fascinating place to be. "Uh...Mis-spell! Whoops!"

Pointing at the paper's in horror, Kima begins to read it as his voice escalates even further. Pulling out a red coated writing utensil, Kima begins to scribble furiously on each of the fliers"What is this?! No! I'm fixing this!"

Looking on in horror as she watches helplessly. Laylei shrieks as she renews her struggle to get back the fliers. "Do you know how long it took me to make that?! HEY! STOP MARKING IT UP."

Letting the Lalafell grab onto the papers. Kima smiles victoriously as he enjoys Laylei's look of horror at his corrections. "There! Beautiful! WHO WANTS A FLIER TO OUR TAVERN AND INN ?" Letting it sink in, Kima begins to call out to the crowd, handing out fliers to any passerby.

Looking in shock at her ruined fliers, Laylei stares up to Kima, her eyes narrowed almost completely. "Did I ever tell you, I despise you ?"

Nodding as he hands out the fliers, Kima's smile grows even wider. "Everyday."

Shrugging helplessly, Laylei lets out a defeated sigh as she begins to pass out fliers of her own. "Good, I mean it."

Ha this is brilliant and hilarious, and yes people do come check us out even if it's to just drop in and say hi!

For those who have PM'd me, no you don't have to actually join the guild to be allowed or RP on our forums. If you want you can simply just be considered a regular like some of the members are, though they're not apart of our guild.
