Greatly inspired by the game and anxiously awaiting launch, I'm trying my hand at arranging various in-game themes for piano solo including sheet music, MIDI and MP3 Smile

There's currently 12 in the playlist, but I'll keep adding tracks over the course of beta/release.

All credit and Big ups to Soken, Nobuo and Co.! The 2.0 soundtrack is already a great addition to the FF legacy.

SHEET MUSIC + MIDI + MP3 + FLAC

Eagerly awaiting P4! If it carries over would be the best early access evar lol

Why hasn't this received more views/comments?!

Seriously tho, I've been a silent stalker listener for awhile now (in particular the Fields Coerthas and Twilight Over Thanalan) and I can't begin to count the number of times I've listened to some of these covers while I draw to get me in a good state of mind.

Anyways, great job. I really enjoyed all of them. I've been learning piano myself (self taught mostly) and these videos have been a huge inspiration and help!
Oh, woooow! Eee, I'm squeeling~ Every time the track turns I'm just a little bit more giggly~

Ehem, what I'm trying to say is these tracks are amazing. Thank you so much for arranging and sharing these! I'm impatiently awaiting more!
These are simply amazing cant wait to hear more Big Grin
Requiem, why must you stalk me so? Uh I mean.. Dagnabbit, you deserve all the likes/reputation/+1s for this.
Well, now I have a list of new FF songs to learn (I've been wanting Aleport since I first heard it) on the harmonica. Was waiting for something like this to pop up!

These were great to listen to! Thank you for sharing. Big Grin
Fantastic arrangements; I wish I could arrange this well!

The only thing I have to comment on is that most of the tracks I've listened to sort of seem like they're roughly the same volume all the way from beginning to end, and I think that they could greatly benefit from some more dynamic range (one of the greatest strengths of solo piano compositions, IMHO). Then again, there are some parts that seem to have the tonal quality of notes played forcefully, but they're still the same overall volume, so perhaps there's just some sort of volume normalization going on? Or maybe it's just my ears being crazy, who knows?

In any case, great stuff!

you are right. I import the MIDI into Cubase for VSTs and tried to tweak the notes by hand but it doesn't come close to live performance.
I must say these are great! I can't wait to hear more.

good timing I just added BGM_Field_Suna xD
added link to OP for all my ARR piano arrangements in multiple audio formats as a free downloadable album.
Oh em gee. I've had your Aion stuff on my MP3 player ever since Aion launched and it's still some of the best mood music I've got. I continue to play it frequently while doing mindless tasks in MMOs and such, right alongside the official FF piano collection albums.

All of this is going on my playlist. It's great to see you doing this for FFXIV!
