Hydaelyn Role-Players

The Black Sails is a Free Company on the server Gilgamesh. They seek to build a crew of people wanting to sail the seas for fun, adventure, and profit. Their current goals are working towards the funds for building a ship, and finding someone who can actually navigate the open seas.

Free Company chat is OOC, however we have an IC Linkshell that is open to Allies in addition to FC members. Questing and dungeons are done both IC and OOC depending on preference. Feel free to stop by our base of merchant operations in Goblet Ward 3, plot 15! Even if you're not interested in joining the FC, often times someone can be found hanging around and ready to RP.

A few slight edits to include officers available to talk to and housing information. If anyone is interested in RP, please feel free to stop by the house, or toss a whisper at one of us. Most of the crew is ready to RP at any time, and we're opening up the IC linkshell to people who would like to be allies.

Black Sails is still alive and kicking! Everyone is welcome to stop by and see the house, investigate our open rooms (Why don't you guys lock those?), or bring missions and commissions by to us! We have a variety of specialties, from fighters and healers, to gatherers and crafters!

Just an update to say that we're still around and active! We're currently working on getting more of our members through pve content so that we can pursue a short storyline involving a few primals and the like. Once again, our linkshell is open to allies to join, so if you want to be in it, send one of us a tell in game!

Gearing up for several plots in the beginning of next year; and more in plans further along the line!

We've finished our first big plot of the year, but we're already slowly building into our next one. The Black Sails is open for commissions, and we have jobs posted on our forums for any member to pick up! Feel free to shoot us a message if there's anything we can get for you!

Is this like a pirate RP or just sailing etc in general?

Pirates, though we're currently grounded without a ship and are instead taking on mercenary commissions. Part of the upcoming plotlines we're working on do lead up to a possible (if the groups are successful, there's a chance for failure) ship; as well as the use of airships once they become available.
