Heyo. So, new character on the block. Wondering who and where I can find RP. Already joined an FC, lol, but we'll see where that goes.
So yeah. Would love to hang out with someone sometime. Having no one to RP with isn't fun.

But mymy, aren't those brief greetings? You might want to bring a little more detail to what it is you're looking for in RP interactions for your character, why not even write a character's profile, that's a good way for people to filter and look for one they would like to RP with. There are good templates in sticked posts that can guide you through writing such things, if that interests you.
As for RP places, you get the Quicksand in Ul'dah that is frequently occupied by Roleplayers, Gridania's Carline Canopy sometimes too. But that's limiting your options, there are a lot of people, myself included, who are only too happy to have someone randomly walk for RP, so know that's a possibility.
And finally, for RP people, well I can offer you my Keeper Miqo'te Kahn'a. He's a pretty friendly guy when people bother to meet him, and he himself would occasionnally take the lead of things as far as meeting is involved. That's about as much as I can give you though, not knowing what you'd like to achieve or what your character is like.

First thing, to help you and those who may want to RP with you, what places does your character visit? Does he stay in one place? Does he travel often between Limsa, Gridania and Ul'dah? Interests, hobbies or jobs?
What's the character like, personality wise?
Yeah, maybe I was a little lazy with writing an introduction about my character and what I wanted, huh? Super sorry about that, my mind was just completely blank at the time.
My character is an Ala Mhigan (but born after the invasion and loss of Ala Mhigo), and a half-midlander, half-highlander. He aspires to become an Ala Mhigan Monk, or Fist of Rhalgr, a tradition amongst the men in his family, but chose to leave his family from his strained relationship with his dad. With the exception of his training regime, he's a pretty laid back, friendly, and mostly flirtatious character, and borderline dummy with most things.
When it comes to location, I would say Thanalan/Ul'dah is his preferred location, though he freely travels all over the place; he doesn't have a home, and mostly just camps where he is by night fall.
I plan to put a proper wiki up on him at some point, in case you were wondering. I was just wanting to see if I could build up a small list of friends to get myself kick-started. I'm a little shy with RPing with strangers sometimes, so it's nice to arrange it beforehand.
