Hydaelyn Role-Players

Greetings! I've been a Final Fantasy RPer for 6 months now, but I am just now joining the RPC. I've already got a developed character, but I feel that with the dwindling community on my server (Gilgamesh) I need to open up my options for RP to expand beyond my current guild and linkshells. 

My experience in MMOs ranges from my childhood beginnings of Runescape, to WoW, Fiesta Online (it was a phase), Guild Wars, Guild Wars 2, SWTOR, and now FFXIV and the Wildstar Beta. 

My Role playing experience is a bit less varied, the only games that I had an extended period of time RPing on have been SWTOR and FFXIV, though I did have the occasional RP session on GW2. As stated earlier, I've been RPing on FFXIV since November.

I currently have two characters on FFXIV, both on the Gilgamesh Server, and both open to walk ups and random RPing.

Valliant Shield

Age: 28
History: Adopted Son of a master blacksmith, served in the gridanian military for 13 years, including serving at Cartenaeu, before retiring earlier this year. Is currently working as a Blacksmith(and armorer/Goldsmith) out of the Driftwood Coast Guildhall.
FC: Driftwood Coast. 
Marital Status: Engaged.
Important information: Does IC custom weapon commissions, which include a workdesk sketch drawing, and a placeholder item upon request.

History: Female Templar of the Order of Hydaelyn, spent years there training (typical White Knight stuff, somewhat generic but fills a niche that I don't see very often in this community)

I was introduced to the Coalition through my good friend Xifang

I am RP heavy, as most of my gameplay hours these days are spent gathering, crafting, or RPing.

I ALSO DO CUSTOM IC WEAPON AND ARMOR COMMISSIONS! They include character interaction with my character and yours, a sketchboard hand pencil sketch of your weapon, and a placeholder weapon/armor or a suggested drop placeholder for your weapon/armor.

Glad you decided to join us. There's definitely a healthy mix of Gilgamesh and Balmung here, and if you find your roleplay in-game lacking, there's a variety of ways to broaden your circles here on the forums. Whether by hunting down something in the Gilgamesh linkshell section, checking out what public events are coming up for your server, or even just roleplaying here on the forum itself.

And of course, if you ever find yourself on Balmung, you're more than welcome to give me a poke. Always open to meeting new people~

Those rp custom armor items are cool, and a neat idea.

Thanks! I enjoy rping as a crafter, it gives me some creative freedom and allows me to enhance other people's bonds with their character. I've got an alt made on Balmung, just to hold my characters name on the server, but I could use it if anyone wanted to commission their own custom weapon on the balmung server.
