I've never heard Solstafir, but Arkona is amazing. Masha's voice gives me chills, especially her growls. Ridiculously good songwriter as well. It's amazing how these very talented bands are able to make a marriage between metal and folk just work.

Beach is and will be one of my favorite songs of all time. I sang it to my grandmother on her deathbed back in Apirl right before she died (She was Icelandic).
