some things got said about helping out those roleplayers burned by the housing debacle get a room if they wanted.
I won't put anyone's name here unless they SPECIFICALLY want me to drop and link their FC in this main post, but if anyone's looking for a space to "rent" and not have to worry about spending several million gil on chocobo colors or anything, I think this might be a good place to mention it and reach out to those offering.

If people are willing to put up with what could go on inside our beautiful house and FC chat, <uldah> could probably cycle through giving people garden access that could be shared. (Either as maybe a weekly "you get full access to the garden" if you want to try cross breeding, or a "you get this spot in the garden" if it's to grow something.)Â
I'd have to discuss it with Natalie and Kage, but the rank settings would allow for a "room renter" position and a "gardener" position if people would like that.
Funny thing.
We met Honzo (who is -awesome- and a total joy to RP with and just play the game with) when Kage had to -really- make a dent on his mortgage payments. OOCly I made a post/thread saying we're looking for boarders. Honzo sent me/Natalie a PM and it's been a blast. Even if we're on opposite sides of the world ; ; He's also a very wonderful interior decorator. If you've been in <ULDAH>'s house, the living room and basement are all Honzo's work. Except for the mender and material supplier who are in love.
I'd be open to saying Kage fell on bad times again after completely renovating so that certain housemates got their rooms constructed (ie I've placed my hard-earned gil and just waiting for CERTAIN MEMBERS *cough*Iron*cough* to reach lvl 50 and the required GC rank) and is now looking to get more.
We have had 1 person using the garden but it's been open for 2 weeks now because a)none of us really bother with changing our chocobo's color b) dunno how to garden c) can't be bothered to learn or d)our one gardener is on vacation. We could have a rotation of who gets the garden for a week etc.
In regards to the stables, we can buy the krakka roots and brooms, putting them in the chest etc. I've personally trained a few of them in the morning, when I get home, when I go to sleep etc if you're interested in getting choco rank up.
If anyone needs a place to hold a meeting or if they need to rent a room for the night or.. Other things I guess? Then I have a house in the shroud which is more of an IC investment for Sastra than a place where she wants to take up residence. As such the idea of renting it out for a night or days depending is pretty attractive and feasible ^^ Some of Sastra's family uses the house, however primarily doing EU times and certainly not every day, so something can probably be worked out
