I keep a seperate sideblog for ffxiv stuff. It's just an OOC blog where I repost stuff that might be useful to look into for RP purposes. And also lots of pretty pictures of plants and rocks.

So I'm an old guy and just not understanding the point of Tumblr.  I get character blogs, back in my day lots of people did Wordpress Blogs for their character and what not.  So is Tumblr just a more picture/visual oriented way of keeping a blog nowadays?

More or less! For RPers, character blogs are usually where they post/share related aesthetics to their characters, stories they write, RP logs, art, and other things!

I guess I never got the whole hashtag thing and now that's in Tumblr and yeah.  I'm painfully behind when it comes to social media.
