If you like video guides I'd suggest MTQCapture. I also like LightandMelon though some people may have issues with the Engrish.

MTQcapture is great - her guides are clear and straight to the point, plus she adds good music.
I think others have said all I can say, I'd just like to offer my assistance! Am in UK, so online morning/early evening EST. If you'd like company going through anything I'd be happy to come along and explain stuff as healer/dps.

MTQCapture is who I've been watching for tanking guides on dungeons so I dont blindly charge without a clue of what I'm doing.
